One of my favorite parts of working for Wisetail is their commitment to Client Retention. Our Client Experience (CX) team works tirelessly to maintain strong relationships and provide excellent support with Wisetail's ever-growing client base. When I was brought on, there was a need for a product marketing team to take on more complicated visual endeavors to streamline communication, enhance client experiences, and maintain renewal rates.
This project came after a company-wide brand and logo refresh, which always requires a re-evaluation of many of the previous sub-brands and designed systems. This was a project I had my eyes on through out my time at Wisetail. This is the first big batch of branded collateral a client receives after signing with the company and it arrives after they've launched their site. It is an opportunity worth seizing, because it serves as a physical celebration to a mostly digital relationship as well as a check-in from the entire CX team.
